Why is Jesus so contraversial?

He is so contraversial.  You cannot even mention His name without either a VIOLENT reaction or everlasting love.  It's hard to believe that one man, His life and His death can invoke such strong reactions.  I think the reason, and this is just my opinion, but the reason He is so contraversial is because He IS the Truth.  The Holy Spirit will convict when His name is spoken and I believe that people can either accept that conviction because they are believers or reject it, sometimes violently because they are not.  As I have much more to say on the topic, that is just the preview.  More to follow...  :)
