I got my first little snippet of hate mail. Well, maybe not mail, but a comment about one of my articles. This one. He didn’t post on the article itself, so I guess I’m lucky. I honestly found this information interesting and thought I would publish a quick little doodad of information on it. I’ve written MUCH more upsetting stuff and not one peep… at least not yet. But dang! This dude comes out of nowhere… I don’t even know him and he questioned my credibility and said that the article should have included views from other religions. I wasn’t writing that… that wasn’t my intention. I was just throwing a cool snippet of information out there. I am the Christianity writer, so mainly Christians read my content. Goodness. Hahahaha.
I would understand if someone read one of my controversial subjects and got upset. I’m prepared for that. But this innocent little article? I think he caught me sleeping. I wasn’t at all prepared for the anger it invoked. Maybe I need to sleep with one eye open. :)
